About MetaPeople

MetaPeople began in 2013 with a vision of facilitating Great Work at Work for businesses and for individuals. The concept is quite simple. It’s “every day things being done really well”. It’s like the Zen of work and career.  When a business focuses on the big picture,  profit becomes the by-product of doing things really well. When people work together to achieve a common goal great things can happen. This is inbuilt into our philosophy of “Great Work at Work”. 

MetaPeople focus on three key areas: Attract, Develop and Support. We help business Attract great people (MetaRecruit), we help Develop managers and leaders to be the best they can be (coaching and training) and we Support business to achieve their objectives through our support services (outsourced HR and cultural change initiatives).

MetaRecruit is a premium recruitment service. We partner with companies who value a recruitment experience that is engaging, transparent and targeted.

You will be a major contributor to the team and in return you will be supported, coached and rewarded for your success. You will need to be flexible and we will offer that in return. Achieve results, keep customers happy and find purpose in what we do. It’s pretty simple.

About You

You need to have solid  experience in a business-to-business environment. Ideally, you are someone who has managed a team of people or has led project teams. Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential. 
You could be experienced in management of sales, marketing, operations, finance or HR. You must be comfortable in selling and see its significance in this position. You must enjoy the challenges of being multi-skilled and you must be able to interview others while listening for the purposes of understanding not judgement. 
You will need to write job ads, reports, social media content. You will need to call clients, prospect for business and network. You will need to interview, manage database content and plan for success. 
You will need to build your personal brand and the brand of MetaPeople and the MetaRecruit service.
Great communication skills, a desire to succeed and a “can do” attitude.
