About you

You are the go to person, supporting this team for all reception and office admin duties. No two days are the same and no job is too big or too small. Your responsibilities include: greeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms, grabbing coffees, ensuring supplies (fridge and stationary) are stocked, building and maintaining the design library – an even taking your turn to walk the office dog. You have excellent grammar and spelling skills, ensuring absolute accuracy when uploading content to the website or to social media. 

You’ll bring administration experience  along with a high attention to detail and organisation and planning skills. You are adaptable enjoying variety in your day, but also being focused when reviewing important documentation. You have excellent time management skills, being able to respond to urgent tasks whilst not losing track of the other responsibilities of your day. Change is your friend, you want to move forward, always on the look out for  new and better ways of working. Our client is open to investing in training that will advance your skills that will support business improvement. 

You are someone who will confidently work autonomously,  proactively taking responsibility for your tasks. You bring a ‘can do’ attitude and are solution focused. Mistakes might happen but you learn from them and move on. 

You are warm, welcoming and approachable which makes you accessible to all customers, external or internal.
