Office Manager - Central Coast

This role is with CoDesign, an established commercial furniture manufacturer based in the Central Coast NSW. CoDesign is part of Sheldon Commercial Interiors, a design and construct business specialising in office designs and fitouts. Both businesses  have been operating for 30years.  During our meeting with CoDesign and Sheldon they shared with us their business needs, the challenges in the position and their vision for the applicant’s future success. We met the hiring manager for this role, the HR manager and the entire leadership team including the company CEO. This immediately told us how committed they are  to finding the right person for their business and how important this role is for their company. 

The Office Manager role is a new role, required to support the business as it grows.  

More about the role

We are recruiting an office manager who brings excellent administration and organisational skills as well as a natural leadership style that builds trusting, long lasting relationships. With responsibility for administrative coordination, financial and operational support, you’ll as act as an informal site advisor.  This is a role that will vary from one day to the next, even hour to hour so success in the role will requires someone who is task focused yet high adaptable. No job is too small, no request too big. A natural people-person, an influencer, a confidant, you will bring a calm and considered approach that will support the senior team at CoDesign and Sheldon.
