About Sheldon
This position is for an Office Administrator with Sheldon Commercial Interiors located in North Sydney. Sheldon is a design and construct business specialising in office designs and fitouts. This addition to the team is being driven by business growth.  
During our meeting with Sheldon they shared with us their business needs, the challenges in the position and their vision for the applicant’s future success. We met their hiring manager, the HR manager and we also met the entire leadership team. This immediately told us how committed Sheldon were to finding the right person for their business and how important this role is for their company.

The moment we walked into the Sheldon reception we knew we had arrived at a business that walked the talk. Having spent quite a few months working from home I have to say getting out there again and walking into such a fun environment really energised and excited me. About you

Sheldon wants who will be the go to person for reception and office admin duties. Every day will be different as you coordinate a variety of responsibilities.  These will include: greeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms, grabbing coffees, ensuring supplies (fridge and stationary) are stocked, collecting mail. Your administration experience and high attention to detail will  shine through as you support a variety of departments across the business including Finance, HR, IT, WHS, Sales and others with managing paperwork and cross-checking data. You are someone who will confidently work autonomously,  proactively taking responsibility for your tasks. You bring a ‘can do’ with no job too big or too small. You pride yourself in being the ‘go to’ person and others in the business can rely on you to support them to do their jobs well. You are comfortable when jumping from different priorities at short notice. Your welcoming and approachable nature makes you accessible to all customers, external or internal. Sheldon is a business that welcomes efficiency growth so will be open to your ideas for improvement across the administrative processes once you have settled in and understand the ‘Sheldon way’.
