About the Company
This position is for an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager with Sheldon Commercial Interiors located in North Sydney. In a competitive design and construct market, the sales team requires the support of marketing specialist to develop and expand the brand awareness and the supporting sales collateral.
During our meeting with Sheldon they shared with us their business needs, the challenges in the position and their vision for the applicant’s future success. We met their hiring manager, the HR manager and the entire leadership team. This immediately told us how committed Sheldon is to finding the right person for their business and how important this role is for their company.

About You

You have experience in growing brand awareness. You are creative, have excellent influencing skills and you thrive on a challenge. You like to think outside the box, using your ideas that grab the attention of the target audience. You will grow awareness in target markets by developing collateral that inspires new clients and challenges their current assumptions about the benefits of a business that offers a complete in-house design and construct service. 

You bring a high level of attention to detail,  creatively writing website content and social media posts with exceptional spelling and grammar skills. You will be responsible for developing a marketing calendar to maximise opportunities for brand exposure and partnerships. You will gain overall knowledge of the business from a marketing perspective and support a variety of departments by developing presentations and other documents associated with sales and marketing. You are adaptable to the short and long term needs of the business. There are opportunities such as sponsorship and events that go largely untapped. You will need to be highly organised and plan ahead to ensure you maximise their full potential. 

You are ready to work with a business in growth, one which is investing in its products and its people.
