Our client is the global leader for crew accommodation solutions, and they are changing the way businesses manage travel. Their technology platform streamlines the entire crew planning process, making day-to-day operations more efficient and elevating the crew layover experience. Our client’s proprietary technology, mobile solutions and their experienced team are positioned to offer our customers a complete, end-to-end platform that integrates seamlessly into their process. They are looking for dynamic, creative, and tech savvy individuals to join their team. 

This position is responsible for validating all invoices and ensuring that all exceptions have been reviewed and approved before passing all the finalized invoices to our airline partners for consolidated payment, and where necessary handle the treasury requirements on behalf of the airline.

The position manages a team (6 people) responsible for the effective invoicing of client airlines and payments of hotel and ground transportation services along with the collection of commissions.

While 90% of this process is automated there are always exceptions that require manual adjustments and tracking.

This position will be responsible for the team that manages Qantas, Virgin Airlines, Cathay Pacific and Air New Zealand.

The team is geographically remote, and it is the essential that this person continues to manage the business as usual aspects of the department as they integrate this operation into the APAC region.

There is an opportunity here for this position to play an active role in creating a service that contributes to the overall competitive advantage of our client. 

About You

To succeed in the position you will need to be an excellent people manager, have a sound customer service focus, and effectively manage client expectations.

You will have excellent attention to detail and be experienced with managing tight monthly billing deadlines.

Experience in reverse invoicing process and the collection of commissions would be essential.

A successful outcome for the position would be to lead the way developing this important service and to ensure that the customer experience is the highest.
