The primary challenge facing the APAC operations lies in achieving scalability. Continued regional expansion hinges on realizing essential productivity efficiencies to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key focus areas for ongoing development and attention include:

Effective Data-Driven Decision Making: Emphasizing the use of data for informed decision-making.

Enhanced Staff Training: Investing in the professional development of the workforce.

Operating 24/7 to align with international airlines’ needs, the business requires a hands-on leader well-versed in the intricacies of the position. Success in this role demands alignment with its demanding nature and a complete understanding of the potential on-call aspects of the work.

About You

It is essential that you have senior leadership experience in running a service based business. 

It is essential that you have experience in the international airline industry or closely aligned businesses such as international travel industry, catering, logistics, ground handling businesses.

Experience needs to be oriented toward commercial and business development over purely operational.

You will need experience in managing major accounts, establishing long-term contracts and managing service level agreements. 

You will need experiencing in managing remote teams and can demonstrate a series of achievements that involve continuous improvement regarding productivity and efficiency and the establishment of high performing teams.
